These terms explain the rules for using Examiniser and the limits of the service provided through the site.

Service description

Examiniser provides educational tools, generated maths questions, exam paper resources, and related study features for students, teachers, and self-directed learners.

Acceptable use

  • Use the site for lawful educational, research, or personal productivity purposes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, reverse engineer protected systems, or interfere with other users' access.
  • Do not use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Educational content and accuracy

Examiniser aims to provide useful educational material, but the service is offered on an as-available basis. Generated questions, worked solutions, and other outputs may occasionally contain mistakes or omissions.

You are responsible for checking whether material is suitable for your own classroom, study plan, or assessment purpose.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Examiniser website design, branding, code, text, and question generator remain the property of the site owner or its licensors.

Exam papers, questions, and other educational content generated using Examiniser are not proprietary - you may freely use, share, adapt, and distribute them for any purpose.

External services and links

The site may include links to external services such as analytics providers or hosted exam-paper assets. Examiniser is not responsible for the content or policies of third-party services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Examiniser is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, correctness, or suitability for a particular purpose.

The site owner is not liable for losses arising from use of the website, reliance on generated material, or temporary unavailability of the service.

Eligibility and age restriction

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Examiniser. If you are between 13 and 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country), you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

If you are under 13, you must not use Examiniser or provide any personal data without verified parental consent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account registration

  • You may create an account by signing in with Google or Microsoft. You are responsible for maintaining access to your chosen third‑party login method.
  • You must not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
  • Examiniser may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour.

Subscriptions and payments

Premium features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and automatically renew unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period.

If you are based in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of your first subscription payment and receive a full refund. After the cancellation period, refunds are handled on a case‑by‑case basis. Contact examiniser@gmail.com with any billing questions.

Termination

You may delete your account and associated data at any time through the settings page.

Examiniser reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the site for users who violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of Examiniser shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Modification of service

Examiniser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Pricing and subscription terms may be updated. Users will be notified of material changes through the site or by email.

User content

You retain ownership of any exam papers, questions, or other content you create using Examiniser.

By using the service, you grant Examiniser a non‑exclusive licence to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Privacy

Use of Examiniser is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected, used, and shared.
